Shipping and Delivery Policy

In an endeavor to provide the absolute best customer service, most orders received online by 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day and orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. (Stock depending)

Black Friday - Please note, orders may take up to 7 working days.

Mainland UK Orders:

Artero offers a Flat Shipping Rate of £7.00 (Incl. VAT) on all mainland orders up to £100.00. Orders of over £100.00 are shipped free of charge.

UK Offshore Delivery:

For all deliveries to NI or ROI, Artero offers a flat rate of £18.53 (Incl. VAT).
