At Artero, we strive to guarantee our customer's satisfaction, but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, here's what you do:
Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt & provide us with the date of purchase & the reason for returning the item. They will send you a Return Request Form to complete and include with your shipment Or you can download the form here.
If you are returning the product because you have changed your mind, or the product is not as expected, it must be returned to us unused & in its original packaging. Once we have received & reviewed the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges to Artero.
If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours & make sure to take photos of the package & the goods upon receipt. If there is obvious damage when delivered, please ask the driver to verify & record the issue. Once reviewed, we will issue a credit or re-ship as needed.
If you believe that an item doesn't work or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. It must be returned to us in the original packaging. Once received, we will assess the item & issue a credit or exchange as needed for the full value of the item plus return shipping charges.
We do our very best to avoid errors, but if you are sent an incorrect item, we will cover return shipping charges and will replace the item with the correct product, or issue a refund.
If you order the incorrect item/size, please advise us within 24 hours & we will exchange the item or issue a credit if preferred. Item must be received unused & in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping for an exchange. We may require additional payment or will issue a refund should there be a difference in the pricing of the item being exchanged.

All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification. A copy of the purchase receipt must be provided.
Refunds will be returned to the debit or credit card used for purchase. (Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reach your account)
